Open space and natural light are the themes of these 214 lofts. The philosophy behind the Toy Factory Lofts are that some things just get better with time, and seeing that some parts of this building were constructed in the 1900's, this is definitely a prime example.
Quadrangle Architects worked with the original steel ceiling beams and irreplaceable solid Douglas Fir posts to create a truly authentic home for the lucky owners. The design team, II BY IV, are popular Toronto interior designers who's style can be found in some of the city's best restaurants, fitness centers and nightclubs.
