The Tecumseth Lofts are an original loft conversion housing only 28 lofts. Designed by architect Len Sedun, Tecumseth Lofts are located on the northwest corner of King and Tecumseth and were completed in 1999.
Ceiling heights range from 9ft to 28ft but are on average 11 feet. Suite sizes range from a 710 square feet to 1150 one bedroom plus den, 1555 sq ft for 2 bedrooms. Standard open concept kitchens feature shaker cabinets while some lofts have gas kitchens with a gas outlets equipped for barbecuing. Most suites have hardwood floors,skylights, granite floors, jacuzzi tubs, and gas fireplaces. Condo fees are very low at 21 cents a square foot.
