BUILDING LOCATION AND FEATURES
This century old building is an important inclusion of the two percent of condos in Toronto that can boast the "authentic loft" title. Robert Watson,an Irish immigrant who started a candy factory in the late 1800's is the name behind this building which features exposed brick, wood ceilings and columns, 10 to 16 foot ceiling heights and spectacular finishes.
