BUILDING LOCATION AND FEATURES
After a great deal of thought and consideration, architectural integrity and sensitive urban planning, the Lotus will rise as a 16-storey tower building with 161 suites. The award-winning interior design firm, Chapman Design Group, will create a lobby with "a contemporary ambience and cosmopolitan palette of blue and silver with jewel-toned mosaic tile accents, sophisticated floating ceiling" and classic furnishings according to their brochure.
The building will have the Lotus Club and Spa as an exclusive amenity area for residents and their guests. The Lotus spa will feature two treatment rooms, manicure/pedicure room, juice bar/lounge, yoga/relaxation room, aerobic studio, his and hers locker room, steam and change rooms. The fitness facility will have state of the art equipments and lots of natural light.
The building, in addition to a state of the art security system, will have a 24-hr concierge.
